Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses or Asanas hold for comparatively long periods of time. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. Candlelight Yin is practised by candlelight and is a very pleasant way to finish off your day.

This class will help you to release toxins as well as thoughts and actions that affect deep layers of our being from the inside. The practice will stimulates your circulation and organs through flows, movement and twists.
We will use exercise and breath work to support the detoxification process and stimulate liver & digestive organs. It is a beautiful balanced practice with the intention of detoxifying the body and mind.
